I'm very proud to present what is probably the most important upgrade since the game's release! On the program: new game modes, revamped menus with multiple skins save, a seasonal theme and other surprises!

New game modes

This is THE major feature of this upgrade: the introduction of new game modes, to diversify the pleasures! In addition to the “classic” mode you've been familiar with since the game's release, you can now play as a team, where fun points are accumulated, so you lose together, and win together... be careful not to slap your mates!

But above all, you'll find some of the great classics of playground games:

• British Bulldog: cross the playground without getting caught by the bulldogs, or you'll be bulldogged in the next round. But the more bulldogs there are, the less stamina they have! Which little brat will be bulldogged last?
• Chicken-Fox-Snake: three teams chase each other: the foxes catch the chickens, the chickens catch the snakes, the snakes catch the foxes. Catch your prey, flee from your predators, free your mates and make your team win!
• Tag: if “it” catches you, you become it in its place! There's no way to defend yourself other than by running... and to make things worse, it has got a stamina bonus! Which little brats will manage to be “it” for the shortest time?
• Family Tag: if one of the “it”-players catches you, you also become it! There's no way to defend yourself other than by running... Which little brats will be the last to become “it”?
• Freeze Tag: if “it” catches you, you'll freeze in place and you won't be able to move until you're freed! There's no way to defend yourself other than by running... and to make things worse, it has got a stamina bonus! Will “it” manage to freeze everyone?

Each of these modes is available in single-player, duo and multiplayer (LAN or Internet) versions. Other game modes will no doubt be added in future updates (did I hear “off-ground tag”?).

New achievements

New game modes mean new achievements!

No fewer than 9 new achievements have been added to the existing 16, bringing the total to 25! Of course, some of these achievements can only be unlocked in certain game modes. Two of these successes are also “titles” that you can obtain in the scoreboard at the end of the game.

I leave it to you to discover them by testing these modes!

Multiple skins save

To take account of the choice of game mode, the menu interface has been extensively redesigned: skin editing is no longer the central part of the menu, but has been moved to an auxiliary menu.

On the other hand, you can now save complete skins and select the one you want to use with a single click! Handy if several people are playing on the same computer, or if you want to be able to find the same outfit without having to recreate it item by item.

A spring look, Easter decorations and new skins

At this level, it's almost a detail, but just like the Halloween update and Christmas update, this new version brings you a spring look, complete with blossoming trees and butterflies! Until the end of April, Easter decorations have also been added. And of course, a few new skins elements complete the package (who said anything about a bunny hat?).
